King’s Academy’s 2nd Year Anniversary

King’s Academy was officially opened on 5th July 2023 by Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Edinburgh.

On Saturday 5th July, we celebrated two fantastic years since the Academy first opened its doors!

In that time, we’ve welcomed over 20,000 people through our doors who attended training sessions, study days, meetings, interviews, and more. From nurses, midwives, and AHPs to teams across the Trust and beyond, it’s been buzzing with activity and learning!

It’s been an amazing journey creating a welcoming space where healthcare professionals can grow, share knowledge, and build connections.

As we head into year three, we’re excited to continue offering high-quality courses designed by healthcare professionals, for healthcare professionals.

Here’s to another year of growing and learning together.
